Research has shown that, when one watches the word it makes the image in the visual cortex, from there word passes to letterbox, where each grapheme is connected to its phonemes as quick as these graphemes connect to phonemes that much quickly we can know the sounds in the word, there we identify longer or shorter sounds of vowels and syllable, later this word can be recognized by connecting to the meaning of the word. This process is automatic in the normal brain to read and understand the meaning of the word.

If the word is taught explicitly and systematically by the following method

Visual, Auditory, and marking with hands, adds the VAK stimulus to the brain at the time they are watching and learning the word.

The work which supposed to be struggled by the brain is now systematically taught. Now Brain does not need to work on this area, the brain will have more time to connect the background knowledge with the word and students can have a proficient understanding of the word with reading it.
